The famous couple dressed up in matching outfits of hoodies and warm coats for their outing in downtown Manhattan.
Both stars paired their casual clothes with sunglasses to keep a low profile and protect their eyes from the city’s sunny weather on Saturday.
After abstaining from alcohol for “Dry January,” the former Good Morning America hosts hit the smoking paraphernalia store amid rumors that their relationship may be on the rocks.

A source close to the couple revealed that they are doing everything they can to make the relationship work. ‘They have even thought about going to couples therapy. There is absolutely no harm,” the source said revealed.
‘They both really want the relationship to work. They would be humiliated if they broke up now,” she added.
The couple were spotted strolling arm-in-arm around the Big Apple last week after confirming they are still together following an intense conversation in their latest podcast episode.
Their exes, Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue, were spotted flying out of John F. Kennedy International Airport last Saturday.
Robach and Holmes reconfirmed their relationship status in a video they posted to their Instagram profiles on Tuesday after publishing a podcast episode in which they admitted there was trouble in paradise.
“Despite what you’ve heard, we’re still together,” Holmes said as he and Robach walked through New York City.
“We’ll hear from many of you all on our latest episode of the podcast. It was something we really struggled with and debated whether or not we should bring it to market, but at this point I’m glad we did,” he added.
