Dominic Purcell was spotted having a solo beach day amid claims Tish Cyrus ‘stole’ him from her daughter Noah Cyrus.
The dysfunctional family drama seemed to weigh heavily on the Prison Break actor, 54, as he tried to escape with a surf session in Malibu on Wednesday.
He was later seen stretched out on the beach, lying in the sand in a spread eagle position, just staring at the sky.
This comes shortly after Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah, 24, was accused by family insiders of ‘fabricating’ a fake relationship with Dominic in an exclusive report from DailyMail.com.
Sources said the singer – who was said to have ‘spotted’ the actor when her now estranged mother, 56, began pursuing him – was trying to portray herself as the victim in their ongoing family feud.

Amid the drama, Dominic took time to relax during a solo daytime outing on Wednesday.
He was spotted parking his gray pickup truck and unloading his surfboard.
He was seen wearing an all-black suit and walking around barefoot before waxing his board and getting ready to catch the waves.
After surfing, he was spotted walking along the shore of the beach and keeping his head down.

An insider claimed that ‘Noah was seeing Dominic when Tish started pursuing him’, which Tish was ‘aware of’ when she started contacting the star.

Earlier this month, Tish appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast and opened up about her relationship with Dominic, including details about their first date.

“I followed him on Instagram and he sent me a DM and said, ‘Hey Tish, I just wanted to (say), I think you’re super cool and… you’re doing such a great job with your family.’ (But) I haven’t seen it in a year.’
Later in 2017, Tish’s daughter Brandi noticed that Dominic had blocked her account.
‘His ex saw him hitting me and blocked me on his Instagram. I almost peed my pants because I thought… Why am I blocked? He doesn’t even know I exist, and I’m blocked. We were laughing so hard.’
Years later, in 2022, following her divorce from Billy Ray, Tish contacted Purcell and he quickly responded back. The couple soon went on a date and the next day they said to each other, “I love you.”
