Kabuda Hefty Appetite for Food and Life

Kabuda, who weighs 150 kilograms, emphasized that he is perfectly content with his current size and lifestyle.

His daily routine includes meals that match his hearty appetite. For instance, breakfast often consists of an entire loaf of bread, half a crate of eggs, and thick milk tea.

His manager further explained the daily food costs: “We spend around Ksh 7,000 a day on food. Lunch usually includes three large platters of pilau with chicken, followed by passion juice.

Kabuda also enjoys snacks after filming his TikTok videos, often finishing a whole packet of 24 mandazi in the evening.

For Kabuda, his dance routines on TikTok are a way to stay active and connect with his fans. While others might see his lifestyle as unconventional, he finds balance in enjoying his meals and maintaining his creative content.

One memorable instance saw him consuming four whole chickens, three pizza boxes, and two large platters of pilau in a single day. “That was the most I’ve ever eaten at once,” Kabuda recalled with a laugh.

Despite the large meals, Kabuda doesn’t plan to change his lifestyle anytime soon. For him, food remains a priority, supporting both his energy for content creation and his personal preferences.
