The level of stupidity of some Kenyans is incomprehensible. They shout that DJ Evolve did not see Thug Babu shooting him. Almost all shooting victims don’t see the shooter and the bullets that hit them. All murder victims aren’t alive to testify against their murderers. But that hasn’t prevented criminals from getting convicted.
In Thug Babu Owino’s case, there were Thug Owino’s DNA on the gun, clothes, furniture, etc. that linked him directly to the gun and bullets that crippled DJ Evolve. There were videos, images and eye witnesses that saw Thug Owino pull the trigger twice before DJ Evolve collapsed. Then there is circumstancial evidence implicating Thug Owino: he negotiated to pay DJ Evolve in exchange for the charge of attempted murder to be dropped. He boasts of having paid his victim’s hospital bills, rent and other incidentals. Innocent people don’t do that.
All of them were on the take and let a violent criminal off to go victimize more vulnerable people! Thug Babu Owino and others like him now delude themselves that they are above the law. It’s a deliberate and planned miscarriage of justice! But Amnesty International and other human rights defenders have not condemned this horrendous injustice! It’s a sad day for Kenya.
Very true..I really wondered when he said “but I have been paying all his hospital bills. My victory will be realized when Dj Evolve is able to walk again”.Those surely aren’t words of an innocent person. He’s so guilty. There’s a judge whose fair, never bribed. He’ll pay dearly.
Amnesty International were on tv shouting their voices hoarse on how the president has threatened to jail, deport or fly corrupt individuals to the skies. This was one of the flawed judgement passed. We all saw him shoot, the video is evident but somehow our courts decided they see or hear no evil. Sad!
This time, the human rights bodies and activists don’t find it worthy to raise their foul mouth voices,,, the case doesn’t attract foreign assistance for their briefcase orgs. The very reason PLO Lumumba can never be the Kenya’s head of state is the very reason you can never be in the corridors of justice as an impetus of equal rule of law adherence.
Absolutely! Human rights watch bribed to sleep, investigations bribed to be bring bogus evidence, DJ bribed to let go etc etc higher chances the criminal is gonna bounce back to clean his past sh*t. Any body bribed to be silent during the case, must now be silenced completely. I thought if the state find out the defendant was compromised during the trial the case can be taken by state if the evidence is clear and in this case the evidence is clear and strong or should I stop watching investigative shows.
In agreement with your position..little do these people know that babu will continue with his wayward behaviour believing that nothing can happen to him..That’s how we breed a lawless country. This country is almost one big amusement park. The victim was expected to see a fired bullet-up in smoke.
ODM supporters can drive you crazy when you try to understand how they reason even on non political issues I saw some arguing that DJ Evolve is alive because of Babu Owino and my jaw fell to the floor. That is how they reason. DJ evolve will surely regret his decision of eating criminals money. A thug is always a thug he will come back for his money. Leopard doesn’t change. DJ evolve will be receive threats from that criminal to reimburse his ill gotten money.
The victim need phycological help. The poor DJ may not even be mentally fit. Physically is now a vegetable and he might be receiving threats and intimidation. The legal system has failed. How can the predator cage a victim & be commended for it. Soon the victim will become a meal. If someone tries to kill you and failed he goes ahead and bribe you to withdraw the case then definitely he will kill you and you will be buried and not bribed again. Its your life.
A netizen has alleged, That was the worst judgement I’ve ever read. And that magistrate, supposing it was his child. But nature has a way of doing his own judgement. Just follow what will happen to Babu and the Magistrate. Leave it to God!
