The home, which was marketed as a “piece of Beverly Hills” to potential buyers, has changed hands for a cool $18 million.

According to the American newspaper Broadbeach Waters, this is the highest price paid for a home in Broadbeach Waters real estate.com.au.

The country house had been used as a holiday home by the previous owners and attracted interest from all over the world.

It appeared in the 2022 season of the Bachelor franchise spin-off, The Bachelors, starring Felix Von Hofe, Thomas Malucelli and Jed McIntosh.

The significant sales also broke records for a property in Broadbeach Waters at the time.

The two-story mansion features four large bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym and an outdoor pool.
