The Block quitters Joel Patfull and Elle Ferguson have listed their lavish Byron Bay hinterland retreat on the rental market.
The controversial couple purchased the estate for $4million last year and are hoping to get $1400 a week for it.
Built in 2017, the three bedroom property boasts an additional studio apartment and exquisite modern architecture.
The house is located in the scenic town of Ewingsdale, where the average worth of properties has skyrocketed since 2019, from $1.675million to $3.6m.

Elle and her partner Joel, both 38, are perhaps best known for throwing in the towel just two days after joining last year’s season of The Block.Â
