A former Channel Nine producer for The Block has revealed some of the challenges this year’s cast may face as they adapt to life after the show.
The insider said Yahoo that returning to their real lives could be a shock to the system and said many of the cast will be working hard to build a career in media now.
“Making promising lifelong friendships looks great on Instagram. Getting your next TV gig shows that producers have more to offer than just one reality show,” they said.
‘The Hundred with Andy Lee is Nine’s best chance to prove you have what it takes to get a manager. So Nine’s internal talent manager is currently working on 2023 villain Kristy and comedy queen Eliza, both of which are obvious choices.”
They added that some of the cast will try to sign a talent agent who can help them market their “brand.”

“If you sign with the wrong agent who doesn’t understand your brand, you could be on their books for 12 months with very little in return.”
It is believed that sisters Eliza and Liberty have already signed with a talent agent and Queensland-based Leah.

Bidding quickly reached $4 million thanks to serial bidder Danny Wallace, but the promotion was halted after a woman fainted during the auction and was taken to hospital.

After the break, the bidding stalled at $4 million, before immediately shooting up by a million dollars to $5 million – and the hammer fell: House 4 was sold.
Next on the block were sisters Eliza and Liberty with House 5 up for grabs with a reserve of $3.25 million.
The bidding reached $4.1 million during a showdown between Danny and Adrian, and stalled for some time as the two men considered their options.
Adrian jumped to $4.2 million and took the strange move of bidding against himself – which has never happened before on the show.
