Take That have revealed they are in talks to star in a Las Vegas residency.
Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald speak to casino bosses in Sin City about a possible residency there – following in the footsteps of Adele and Kylie Minogue.
It comes as the group have just released their new album This Life – their first set of new songs since 2017’s Wonderland – which has received mixed reviews.
Gary said during the live recording of their podcast Take That: This Life in London’s Leicester Square The sun: ‘Las Vegas, it looks promising.’
Gary, 52 – who co-produced the band’s new album – also revealed that the group have prepared ‘very exciting’ plans for their UK tour, which starts in April.

He said: ‘There’s an invisible switch that happens when the album comes out and you can’t do anything else then, so your brain immediately starts thinking about the tour and in the last four days we’ve done most of the work on the tour and it’s very exciting.’
This Life is Take That’s ninth studio album, and Gary dropped a huge hint that it could be followed by a tenth record.
He added: “We were sitting together the other day and they were going through all the songs (for the This Life album) on the label.
“And everything looked great and they said to us, ‘How does it feel?’
‘And we turned to one and the other and said, ‘Well, it means we can do it again. It means that we can make another record in a few weeks.’ ‘
Howard, 55, admitted there’s no reason why the Never Forget hitmakers can’t keep making new music.
However, Howard recently confessed that he feels like the “weakest writer” in the band.
He told Music Week magazine: “I thought, ‘I’ve got to come up with something great,’ so I went off and wrote with people I felt comfortable with.

‘We put things on the table, which was very nerve-wracking for me, where I have to be prepared for criticism and which I am not very good at. [taking] It.

However, Gary has backed Howard, insisting his friend is ‘the best version’ of himself on the new album.
He added: “By saying he’s the weakest, Howard is touching on confidence.
“If there’s one thing I can say about this record being different, it’s that this is the best version of you I’ve ever seen.
“You brought the best songs I’ve ever heard you write.”
Solo artist Robbie has not returned to the band since 2011, before Jason Orange left for good in 2014.
In June, the three remaining stars in the band opened up about Robbie leaving the hit band in 1995 in their exclusive ITVX documentary, 30 Years in the Making.
They discussed their regrets about how they wished they had spoken about what The Angels’ lead singer felt before leaving the group.
Howard said: ‘Having someone close to you to talk to about your feelings is one of the things we never did in the 1990s, which is why Robbie left.

“We never discussed what he felt before he left that room. We look back on that moment and think we wish we could have talked more.
‘I wonder if leaving would have saved him. It was a huge task for me to get everyone together again.’
Previously, Robbie revealed why he left Take That in the middle of their Nobody Else world tour, admitting he’s ‘not proud’ of the things he said during the infamous feud with Gary that followed.
