The New York Times reports this On Sunday, the Court announced it would issue at least one decision tomorrow, suggesting it would rule on Trump’s eligibility to appear on Colorado’s primary ballot.
Colorado will hold its presidential primaries on Super Tuesday, along with fifteen other states and one US territory.
The opinion or opinions will be posted online at 10 a.m. Monday, just one day before the important series of presidential primaries.
The ruling is expected to be resolved if Trump, 77, the Republican front-runner, can appear on Colorado’s ballot — and clear up any questions about his eligibility to appear on the general election ballot later this year.

The Colorado Supreme Court issued a blockbuster decision in December, saying that because of Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, Trump was ineligible to hold or hold office due to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
That section of the Constitution was added after the Civil War and prohibited those “engaged in insurrection” from holding public office again.
