Waterhouse shared a photo of herself wearing a bra and postpartum underwear from Frida Mom on Monday.
She held a baby bottle as she struck a series of poses in front of a mirror.
Waterhouse, 32, captioned the post: ‘The fourth trimester has been… humiliating! the postpartum period is filled with exciting joy, so much laughter, tears, so many hormones! I am proud of all that my body has accomplished and proud of the kindness and grace I have given myself during this recovery period. ootd: @fridamom pants!’
It came just three days after Waterhouse confirmed she and fiancé Robert Pattinson had welcomed their first child together.

She did not reveal the child’s name, gender or date of birth.
Waterhouse is currently returning to the stage with a scheduled performance at the Coachella music festival.
She will perform on both April 12 and 19.
Waterhouse’s birth announcement received more than 100,000 likes and comments from Suki’s famous friends, including socialite Paris Hilton and singer Halsey.
