Stevie Nicks took to Instagram on Tuesday to gush about the Amazon Prime series Daisy Jones & The Six, which was inspired by her band Fleetwood Mac.

Sharing a still from the show, the 75-year-old musician — who was slammed for her comments on the Maui wildfires —  shared a pensive caption.

‘Just finished watching Daisy Jones + the 6 for the 2nd time. In the beginning, it wasn’t really my story, but Riley seamlessly, soon became my story,’ she began the note, referencing the show’s star Riley Keough.

Nicks added, ‘It brought back memories that made me feel like a ghost watching my own story.’

The longtime music artist remembered her late bandmate Christine McVie as she added, ‘It was very emotional for me. I just wish Christine could have seen it. She would have loved it. Hopefully it will continue…’

Keough, actress Camila Morrone, and producer Reese Witherspoon all joined in the comments.

Camila, who played Camila Alvarez in the miniseries, left four red heart emoji.

Witherspoon, whose production company Hello Sunshine helmed the show, wrote, ‘Oh my stars, Stevie!! This means the world to the whole @daisyjonesandthesix team!’

She added, ‘Thank YOU for cutting the path!’ and her comment gained over 5,000 likes.

Riley seemed to be at a loss for words as all she managed to type was a string of emoji including heart eyes, a shocked face, and praying hands.

The series, which premiered in March, is based on the New York Times best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

Set in the 1970s, it ‘follows the story of two feuding yet charismatic lead singers Daisy Jones and Billy Dunne and how the iconic band imploded at the height of its powers,’ according to a synopsis.

Jenkins Reid has repeatedly said that the story is based loosely on the dynamic of Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham, and follows the turbulence of their life in the limelight.

Their tumultuous relationship led to the creation of Fleetwood Mac’s greatest hits, but their romance ultimately blew apart the famed band.

Jenkins Reid previously told Hello Sunshine: ‘When I decided I wanted to write a book about rock ‘n’ roll, I kept coming back to that moment when Lindsey watched Stevie sing Landslide [on The Dance].

‘How it looked so much like two people in love. And yet, we’ll never truly know what lived between them.

‘I wanted to write a story about that, about how the lines between real life and performance can get blurred, about how singing about old wounds might keep them fresh.’
