Sophie Turner has been pictured looking overjoyed amid news she has reached an agreement with Joe Jonas, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
They have agreed to a shared custody arrangement and expect their split to be resolved “peacefully,” court filings reveal.
The former couple will get two weeks each with daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1, until January.
They will also be allowed to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Turner can bring the girls to England, which he claims will be their ‘forever home’.
While Jonas will have to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will be able to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
The deal comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner. The child custody settlement is expected to finalize the couple’s divorce.
