The Helensvale property, which sits on a sprawling 4,018 square meter block, was recently vacated by tenants who rented the house for $1,200 a week.
Listing agents Steve and James Weir of Harcourts Coastal have told potential buyers that there have already been several offers, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
The offering is in the $1.9 million minimum category and has generated a lot of interest.

The couple exchanged vows at their NSW Central Coast home after eloping together.
