Sir Lenny Henry looked slimmer than ever when he joined Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on Wednesday’s This Morning.
The comedian, 65, first shed a few pounds in 2014 thanks to a vegetable-based diet and long runs in an attempt to avoid diabetes.
Joining the couch to discuss his new drama, he looked smart in a tight woolen jacket.
Lenny teamed it with a navy patterned shirt and a pair of smart trousers for the look.
He was joined by actresses Rochelle Neal and Jasmine Bello, who star in his upcoming historical drama television series Three Little Birds.

Speaking to the Mail On Sunday in 2018 about his weight loss, he said: ‘What’s my secret? Well, it’s eating broccoli and nothing else. I also ran a lot. It was successful.’
Sir Lenny has revealed that his late mother Winifred was one of the inspirations that led him to write the new ITV drama The Three Little Birds.
The comedian wrote the series which follows the story of two sisters and their friend immigrating from Jamaica to the UK and arriving as part of the Windrush generation in 1957 – which later became a scandal.
Those who had traveled, including Lenny’s mother who sadly passed away in 1998 in an attempt to help rebuild Britain after the Second World War, were detained years later.
They have been stripped of their legal rights and threatened with deportation, despite calling the UK home for decades, in a scandal the star described as “appalling”.
Lenny said The mirror: “We are in a situation where someone’s nationality and the Caribbean population are being armed to force people back into their homes, even though they lived here and became British.”
Adding: ‘The Windrush scandal is terrible and has hurt a lot of people’.
Lenny, who was led by Dr Who writer Russell T Davies, said the show would still be relatable to everyone.

By saying, “Whoever you are, wherever you’re from, you can relate to moving from one place to another for survival.
“It’s not just a story about five Jamaicans in a room in Dudley. These are all our stories, because we were here, we were here and we are still here.
The six-part series, named after the famous Bob Marley song, stars newcomers Rochelle Neill, as well as former EastEnders actress Saffron Coomber and Dr Who Arthur Darvill.
