Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott recently lowered the price of their mansion for sale, but Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran thinks it might not be enough.
The celebrity couple listed their sprawling 9,000-square-foot Beverly Hills home for $21.9 million three months before their January 2023 split.
After temporarily taking it off the market, it is now available again, this time listed at $17.995 million.
“Pay attention to what offers they get, I’m sure they won’t be anywhere near that amount,” Barbara said. TMZ on Saturday.
She said the asking price is still too high because of Los Angeles’ weak luxury housing market and the city’s new mansion tax.

Kylie and Travis bought the sprawling 9,000-square-foot home in 2018 for $13.45 million after the birth of their daughter Stormi.
The outlet reports that the listing is owned by Adam Rosenfeld of Mauricio Umansky’s brokerage The Agency and Million Dollar Listing stars as Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman.
Kylie and Travis have been dating since 2017 and share two children: Stormi, six, and Aire, two.
The KUWTK alum is currently dating Academy Award nominee Timothee Chalamet, 28. They began their romance in early 2023 but didn’t go public until September.
Kylie and Travis’ gorgeous Beverly Hills abode features 10 bathrooms and an incredible 2,300-square-foot master bedroom.
It also features a picturesque swimming pool, cinema, billiards room, gym and massage room.
The house, originally built in 1971, was sold to a development company for just $6.3 million (£4.9 million) in 2012, leading to a rebuild of the property before returning to the market in 2017.

Real estate mogul Kylie owns four other lavish properties, including a $36.5 million estate in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills neighborhood and a $12 million home in Hidden Hills.
In January 2023, it was confirmed that Kylie and Travis had decided to split for the second time after rekindling their romance in 2020.
In August 2021, it was confirmed that the duo were expecting baby number two together after rumors circulated that Kylie and Travis had reportedly reconciled.
Their Aire son, originally named Wolf, was born in February 2022.
