And several times during her performance, Maya had to announce the end of the show, a performance by the cast of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang On Tour – a brand new production of the beloved family favorite.

At one point Maya said, “The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang gang…ooh god! They’re here for the End Of The Show Show, see you after the break.”

However, it sounded like Maya was cursing and before she cut to an ad break, she pointed to the camera and exclaimed, “That was close!”

In February, Ant and Dec revealed that Takeaway is going on hiatus so they can focus more on family time before Ant welcomes his first child.

Ant will become a father in June as his wife Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, is pregnant. Anne-Marie has two children from her previous marriage.

Speaking to Fault Magazine, Ant said: ‘On a more personal level, part of the reason we’re pausing Takeaway is that we need a break ourselves, and we need to spend some time with our family.
