Rudy Giuliani vows to fight sexual harassment lawsuit filed by aide who says he wanted to ‘own her’ and told: ‘Your t*ts are mine’

  • Giuliani denies her claims and says the two had a “consensual” relationship

Rudy Giuliani has vowed to fight a sexual harassment case brought by a former assistant who claims he wanted to possess her and told her “your tits are mine.”

The former New York City mayor is being sued by Noelle Dunphy, who claims he forced her to have sex while she worked for him between 2019 and 2021 and owes her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages.

New documents filed Thursday show how Giuliani, 79, is trying to litigate the case and have it dismissed.

Documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal a letter from his lawyer to the court, in which he claims there is ‘no basis’ for the accusation.

“We will seek assistance to file a motion to dismiss,” she said.

Noelle Dunphy filed a lawsuit against Giuliani in May, alleging he forced her to have sex while she worked for him between 2019 and 2021 and owes her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages.

The once-praised mayor filed for bankruptcy in New York in December, owing staggering $153 million to creditors including two Georgia election workers he defamed over the 2020 election results, lawyers, the IRS and Hunter Biden.

Meanwhile, Dunphy has already submitted graphic transcripts allegedly detailing recordings of his unwanted advances, including the vulgar comment “Your t*ts are mine.”

Giuliani denies the claims, saying the two had a consensual relationship and that the lawsuit is full of exaggerations and salacious details “to create a media frenzy.”

The transcript detailing Giuliani’s crude comments was one of several submitted as exhibits in connection with a legal memo from Dunphy’s lawyers opposing his motion to dismiss their claims.

The audio recording was reportedly made on March 12, 2019, and the transcript describes Giuliani telling Dunphy, “These are my t*ts,” to which she responds, “Oh, yeah.”

Dunphy’s attorneys also submitted other transcripts, including one describing Giuliani making anti-Jewish comments.

“Jews… Get over Passover. It was just like 3000 years ago. Okay, the Red Sea parted. Big problem. Not the first time that happened,” he reportedly said in an April 1, 2019 recording.

Another transcript dated simply from the year 2019 describes Giuliani speculating about “natural selection” and its impact on the size of the male genitalia.

‘Jewish men have small c**ks because they can’t use them after they get married. While the Italian men use them all their lives so that they grow bigger,” he is reported to have said.

Giuliani previously said in court filings that he had a consensual relationship with Dunphy for “a few months” in 2019 during his time as Trump’s personal lawyer, but denied that she ever worked for him or that he pressured her for sex.

Dunphy’s lawsuit, filed in state court in New York, “contains a blunderbuss of conflicting allegations,” Giuliani said in a court response in June. Her “sole purpose” is to discredit him, he said.
