Reality TV actress and controversial socialite Risper Faith recently underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
She revealed the news on Friday night during the launch of a new reality show, Nai Rich, where she is one of the featured stars.
Risper appeared at the event, sitting on a special cushion. When asked by the MC, she explained that she was still recovering from her recent surgery. “I am in the healing process,” she said.
A Brazilian Butt Lift is a surgery that moves fat from other parts of your body to your buttocks to make them fuller and more shapely. Risper had mentioned in June that she was thinking about this procedure to improve her figure.
She wrote, “The doctor has cleared me for another surgery. I might transfer it to my hips or fill it in the back for a fuller look.”
Risper Faith Weightloss Surgery
This surgery is not the first for Risper Faith.
Late last year, she underwent a gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight. And this was after a failed liposuction.
She reached this point after realizing that being overweight was interfering with her sex life with her husband Brian.
“I gave birth and gained weight, reaching 120 kilos. One Sunday, I just woke up, and my husband asked me to get on top. As I tried to climb up, my knees started to creak… my legs just could not handle it.” Risper Faith explained.
“That is when I realized this was rock bottom for my weight. I had to do something about it. Imagine not even being able to please your man. The only style we could do was the one on the bed. So, I decided, that’s it, I have to do something about this weight,”
Risper also mentioned in a past interview that she is considering more cosmetic procedures in the future, including a breast augmentation. She revealed plans to do the surgery alongside fellow socialite Amber Ray, saying, “After September, I am allowed to do any surgery I want. We are doing it together—big secret.”
