Former Churchill Show comedian Akuku Danger alongside his family are into deep mourning following the passing on of his younger sister who succumbed to sickle cell disease, a disease she has been suffering since birth just like her older brother Akuku danger.
“Woke up to the saddest news.My small sister went to be with the Lord last night.Like me, she was born with sickle cell disease and she succumbed to it.Rest Well,” read a post from Akuku Danger’s social media platforms.
Sickle cell disease is a group of inherited red blood cell disorders.Over the last few days, Akuku Danger who spent the better part of 2021 in hospital due to the disease staged a walk in Nairobi to raise funds to start a foundation to support those battling the disease.
