John claimed he loaned her $40,000 for a facelift in January 2022, which was sent via bank transfer. And in May 2023, he sent her a personal check for $35,000.

In the court documents, he further claimed that both he and Beador agreed to her paying him back the amount with interest.

However, Janssen claimed that after asking for the refund in 2023 and also this year, the reality star has still not done so.

In addition to the full $75,000, the Real Housewives star’s ex is also asking that she pay accrued costs and interest, as well as his attorney’s fees.

After the lawsuit came to light, Shannon released a statement to People on Friday to provide her response. “I am shocked and disappointed that John has filed a lawsuit.”

‘My lawyer has been in constant contact with his counsel. I agreed to pay John what he wanted because I knew the attorneys’ fees would exceed the amount requested, but more importantly, to eliminate the negative emotional components that come with a lawsuit.”

Following Shannon and John’s split in late 2022, Janssen has since moved on and started a romance with RHOC alum, Alexis Bellino.

The two first crossed paths in November 2023 and went public the following month when they were spotted holding hands during an outing in Newport Beach.

When Beador learned of the relationship, he admitted at the time, “I’m not going to lie, I’m hurt. I’ve been hurt a lot in the last few weeks.’
