The 41-year-old showed off her slim figure in the red crinkle bikini and protected herself from the sun with a denim hat.
Bec also posted a photo of her husband Chris playing a ball game in the water with their two sons.
Chris, 40, showed off his toned body as he tossed around a tennis ball with his sons, who wore identical swimmers.

Bec shares four children with her former foot champion husband, including eight-year-old twins Tom and Darcy, daughter Billie, ten, and Oscar, 12.
It comes after Bec recently sparked fears she was ‘too skinny’.
Concerns over the model’s physical appearance came after Bec posted photos of herself in a vibrant yellow outfit last week.

In the images, the stunner showed off her very slim body in a two-piece ensemble from Elyia The Label.
The conversation about her figure started on Facebook when a user commented that she looked “too skinny,” sparking a series of comments.
Another wrote: ‘For God’s sake give her a good feed.’ A third echoed comments such as ‘give her a burger’ and ‘buy a happy meal’.
However, others stepped in to defend Judd.
“She looks good, only the couch potatoes will put her down because they can’t put down the chips,” one said, suggesting the criticism was rooted in jealousy.
