Addressing the INDIA Bloc meeting at the Ramlila Maidan here, Yadav alleged that there was an “undeclared emergency” in the country and asserted that the Opposition will not allow the RSS agenda to country is implemented.

Yadav also sang lines from a Govinda-starrer film with a play on the lyrics “tum toh dhokebaaz ho, vaada karke bhool jaate ho”, to allege that Prime Minister Modi has not kept his promises in the last elections.

The former deputy CM of Bihar charged that the Enforcement Directorate, CBI and IT department are cells of the BJP.

“Cases have been brought against me, my father, mother and sisters. We are not the ones who need to be afraid. The manner in which Hemant Soren ji and (Arvind) Kejriwal ji were arrested (has been seen by everyone). We will not be deterred by their threat. Only the lion is locked up. We are lions and we never shy away from the fight,” Yadav said.

“If people give a befitting reply, Modi ji will be out of power. Cast your vote. BJP people are liars, don’t believe them,” he said.

“Modi ji says his warranty is strong, we say his warranty is like Chinese goods, use it two to three times and things will go bad. His guarantees are therefore only intended for elections. They (BJP) are only indulging in propaganda and issuing threats,” the RJD leader accused

Yadav also took a jibe at Modi during this morning’s ceremony of handing over Bharat Ratna to BJP veteran LK Advani.

“When the President handed over Bharat Ratna to Advani ji, Modi ji was sitting next to Advani ji but he was not even standing in honor of the President,” he said.

Yadav said people are blessing INDIA bloc in every corner of the country and asserted that the bloc is united to save democracy, constitution and brotherhood.

“Division is being spread and hate politics is being practiced and that is why we have come together to fight for the people,” Yadav said.

“Those who raise the slogan ‘abki baar 400 par’ can say anything, but people are the real masters and you have to decide who will rule the country,” Yadav said amid loud cheers from the crowd.

“I want to ask people that they (BJP) give the slogan and the set target, saying ‘abki baar 400 pairs’, it seems that the EVM institution is ready. We want to ask people, is it becoming a reality or are they thrown out,” he said and asked people to raise hands to show support for removing the NDA from power by voting against it in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

“The crowd here is telling us that Modi ji, who came like a storm, will also leave like a storm,” he said.

“We see that an undeclared state of emergency has been declared in the country, that those in power have adopted a dictatorial approach, that they have become arrogant. We don’t want to abuse anyone, but we have come to tell people what is being felt across the country. ” he said.

The biggest enemy is unemployment and price rise, Yadav said.

He alleged that farmers are reeling under the Modi government’s policies and their lives have been ‘destroyed’.

“But Modi ji has no time to meet farmers, meet Priyanka Chopra. Last time he interviewed Akshay Kumar, this time he spoke to Bill Gates. He had promised to double farmers’ income, but he is attacking farmers Yadav claimed.
