City preacher and life coach Robert Burale has never shunned away from speaking about his dark past experiences and using himself as an example to teach the youth.
Speaking during a candid interview at Lessons at 30 with Dr Ofweneke, Burale explained that during his youthful years, he was a strip club addict.
The stylish pastor narrated how lack of identity pushed him to the strip club adding that he was not under the spirit of lust or immorality.
He went on to say that men fall prey to strip clubs because of the special treatment and attention they get from the strippers.
“It was a lack of identity, it was not because I was under the spirit of lust and immorality. It was a lack of identity and when you go to the strip club, the women under some few coins will make you feel like you are the King of Zamunda because they are dancing and giving you all the attention that you need,” he narrated.
In addition, the motivational speaker stated that once you get into the strippers’ den and get treated as a king you will find yourself going back there in search of enjoyment adding that he once spent Ksh100,000 one night at a strip club.
“So you leave home on a Wednesday night and the next time you are going is on Friday so on Thursday there is nobody to make you feel like that so you have to look for money to go back there on Friday for another woman to make you feel the same, even people who are addicted to pornography is a lack of identity,” Burale added.
“There is one night I spend Ksh100,000 on a strip club.”

He further disclosed that strippers love tall people because when they dance they love maintaining eye contact adding that their work is to capture their clients’ spirit.
“Strippers love tall people because when they dance they have a lot to look at. The work of a stripper is to bedevil you and capture you in the spirit. The game they play is a very spiritual thing. They sit on your lap dance and never take away their eyes off you then you leave the strip club saying you will never come back here again,” he disclosed.
“But when you go to bed that is the thing that reminds you in your mind and you are ooh my goodness I need to go back there tomorrow.”
