Olivia Palermo is looking better than ever these days.

The 37-year-old TV star lit up the September cover of Haute Living New York on Thursday.

The best friend of Nicky Hilton is one of the most powerful fashion influencers in New York City and says she is grateful.

‘You know, I’ve been fairly fortunate. I really love the industry that I’m in, and I work with incredible people,’ she said.

‘We all really inspire each other and highlight each other. I think that overall, it’s nice to have a level of respect with the peers that you work with in your industry; it keeps you motivated and excited,’ she added.

The looker is a favorite with Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

And she appreciates that. 

‘[That kind of press just] gives me a chance to share the joy and the respect I have working with the team of people that I do — medical physicians, dentists, dermatologists, my hairstylist,’ she said.

‘And we all take inspiration from each other, you know? 

‘I think that when you’re doing something that inspires people [no matter who you are, it has to be a good thing].’

She is often seen on red carpets with her husband of nine years, Johannes Huebl.

Together they have become a Manhattan power couple which has led to many business opportunities. 

The cover girl is both the founder and chief creative officer of Olivia Palermo Group Inc., which includes the e-commerce platform OliviaPalermo.com.

‘Of course, I have [associated myself with that term] — it’s just not something that I would say first person. I wear many, many hats, and that’s one of them,’ she admitted.

‘It’s a part of history, something that’s been in place for a really long time. 

‘You know, just like anything in culture and pop culture, you have different titles, and the meaning of it slightly changes with the more modern times. I don’t have an issue with it, but I also don’t have that many feelings on it,’ she shared.
