At 39, the LA-born reality star is 13 years older than the Puerto Rican-born, San Clemente-raised surfer – but they’ve been going strong ever since meeting in Hawaii in April 2022.
Brody (born Sam) dressed his fit 6ft form in a black Mamitas Tequila hoodie, matching slacks, and Vans checkered sneakers.
Tia showcased her bourgeoning baby bump in a black bell-sleeve top with a yellow-patterned drawstring maxi-skirt and beige wedge sandals.
Blanco is reportedly vegan so her options at chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa’s expensive sushi restaurant were limited to edamame, seaweed salad, avocado, rice, and tofu.

Jenner popped the question to The Ultimate Surfer contestant last Sunday in front of their friends and family at their ‘Tiara & Teacups’ baby shower.
‘It’s a very special day for us,’ the Was it Real podcaster gushed.
‘This year has been the best year of my life bar none. Tia, I love you more than anything on this planet. Everybody [warned] me about the mood swings, you have been so easy. Honestly, I was blown away! You’ve been so easy through this whole thing.’
It will be the first real marriage for Brody since ending his so-called 14-month ‘marriage’ to Kaitlynn Carter in 2019, which was not legally binding in the States.
Jenner’s mother Linda Thompson hosted the shower at her Malibu home and his father – Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner – was also in attendance at the family function.
