But the actress, 25, slipped and fell from a great height, landing on the concrete slab beneath the platform.

The moment was not caught on camera, but viewers could hear the impact and Zima’s painful cries.

As SAS lead instructor Ant Middleton rushed to Zima’s aid and supported her head in case of injury, emergency services sirens blared in the background.

‘This doesn’t matter anymore. The practice doesn’t matter,” Ant assured her.

‘That does not matter. You Matter.’

Medical staff gave the soap star a green whistle for pain relief, while a defeated Zima shared her disappointment at not completing the challenge.

“I swear I’d make a good SAS recruit,” she said numbly.

The challenge was cancelled, with Zima being carried on a stretcher and taken to hospital.

“I have trouble telling the truth when it’s hard.”

Mitcham was later taken to SAS Australia chief instructor Ant Middleton for questioning about his dishonesty, where he made a shocking confession about his sexual behavior outside his marriage.

Middleton asked Mitcham about the last lie he told, and he admitted that he lies to his husband about having sex with other partners, even though the couple “knows about it.”

“Are you afraid you might be a compulsive liar?” Middleton asked.

“Maybe, yes, it would be very embarrassing if I admitted that,” Matthew replied.
