The model, 28, put on a very glitzy display as she went braless in a completely sheer sparkling mesh gown for the bash at Chiltern Firehouse.
She added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of clear heels and kept her essentials in a tiny pink handbag.
Neelam, who recently sparked romance rumours with Leonardo DiCaprio, let her outfit do all the talking as she simply accessorised with silver stud earrings.
She swept her brunette tresses back into a sleek up-do and showed off her stunning features with a high-glamour make-up palette.

Neelam joined the likes of Rita Ora, Shakira and Emily Ratajkowski as they partied the night away at the glitzy party, hosted by Edward Enninful.
Her outing comes after Neelam sparked romance rumours with Leonardo after they were seen enjoying an evening out with his longtime friend Tobey Maguire.
Best pals Leo and Tobey were seen leaving Hôtel Costes in Paris’s 1st arrondissement with Neelam before heading to a late night dinner at Loulou on the Rue de Rivoli last month.
The trio were also joined by Tobey’s daughter Ruby, 16, his son Otis, 14, Leo’s niece Normandie, 16, and two other male pals as they dined from 10.30pm until 12.30am.
It seems that things may be heating up with Leo and the model, as she was also present at two recent gatherings in London, which featured his parents.
In June, she was spotted at London’s Chiltern Firehouse at the same time that Leo brought his father and stepmother there for dinner.
Exactly a week earlier, the actor and Neelam had both gone to the same celebrity hotspot with his mother.
