It is truly amazing what Kenyans can achieve when they come together. The story of Elvis, young boy with impressive reporting skills is one such prove that Kenyans can put aside their difference and do great things. It’s so touching to see what Kenyans have done to Elvis’ family.
Kenyans about a month ago resolved to build Elvis and family a house with Alfred Koech Sergeant (Influential figure) playing a pivotal role in mobilizing Kenyans to raise the little they have to transform the live of Elvis and his family. Kenyans came through large and by Mid June over ksh 500000 had been raised by Kenyans.
Today, the good news is a beautiful house has been erected at the compound of Elvis Home and it’s almost complete. Alfred shared images in his official social media accounts and this has warmed hearts.

Some few weeks back, Elvis Lagat came into the limelight after his impressive reporting skills warmed many hearts. What even amazed Kenyans more is Elvis, who came from a very humble background, revealed that his dream was to build his parents a better house in future. Kenyans decided to raise money to build a better house for Elvis and his family and today the house is almost complete.
