Miley Cyrus’ alleged stalker ARRESTED after showing up at her LA home to gift singer a stuffed animal… five months after star was granted court-ordered protection

Miley Cyrus’ alleged stalker, 52-year-old Alexander Karddalian, was arrested Friday morning after arriving at the singer’s LA home to give the artist a hug, according to reports TMZ.

The 31-year-old Flowers hitmaker was granted court-ordered protection from the same person last year in September 2023 – just days after being released from prison.

Law enforcement officials told the outlet that Karddalian was arrested near her residence after Cyrus and her team called around 1 a.m.

The former Disney channel star – who was home at the time – and her team called to report a suspicious person after Miley believed it was someone she had dealt with in the past.

Sources told TMZ that Alexander reportedly showed up at her gate with a stuffed animal.

However, security was able to detain him while the LAPD was called to the scene.

Police then took him away and he was later arrested for failing to comply with a court order.

This wasn’t the first time Miley met Karddalian. Last year, in September 2023, the singer received protection from the alleged stalker by court order.

At the time, TMZ reported that Cyrus claimed in her legal filing that the 52-year-old arrived at her home just a few days after being released from prison.

The artist also claimed that Karddalian had also sent unwanted letters, detailing his obsessions with her dating back to 2018.

In the filing, Cyrus alleged that the individual made numerous requests for money. He allegedly made sexually explicit comments about her.

The singer also wrote that Karddalian’s “obsessive behavior” became all the more concerning in the summer of 2022, when he reportedly arrived at her Los Angeles home uninvited twice.

The person in question was allegedly escorted from her property both times.

The artist also claimed that Karddalian was arrested in December 2022 and was incarcerated in San Quentin State Prison until August last year, when he was released.

Cyrus wrote that the individual reportedly returned to her property just a few days after being released from custody.

She also claimed that Karddalian sent her a letter, saying he would visit her home immediately after he was released from prison.

Although the person had reportedly visited her property, her security team was unable to see the singer, who alerted police to his presence.

The performer claimed that her alleged stalker was threatened with arrest if he returned to her home in the future, although he eventually did.

Cyrus has also written that Karddalian used her home address for health insurance purposes.

She claimed that the person wrote her a letter stating that he “doesn’t care if he lives” if she did not respond to his attempted communication.

The performer stated in her filing that her alleged stalker was dealing with “serious mental health issues,” in which she also claimed he also harbored a “dangerous fixation and/or obsession” with her life.

The singer has also claimed that, as a result of the individual’s behavior, she is concerned for her own safety, as well as the well-being of her mother, Tish, and boyfriend Maxx Morando.
