The actress, 36, – who plays Kate in the show – was first spotted on set in Sydney after flying Down Under to film the next episode.
Set in the 1950s, the series follows a group of Brits who leave post-war Britain for Australia with the promise of a better lifestyle.
As she left her caravan on Tuesday, Michelle covered her 1950s patterned navy dress with a white dressing gown.
She wore a headband to match her gown and her brunette locks were styled in tight curls reminiscent of the style of the time.

She wore flip-flops and carried a light blue bag as she left the makeup trailer and headed to the set.
The BBC revealed Michelle was reprising her role as Kate in the hit show last month, when an image of the star in character was posted by the channel.
The star looked fantastic in a long gray woolen long coat which she paired with a burgundy handbag and matching gloves.
Michelle styled her hair in voluminous curls and added a black beret to the outfit as she posed with her co-stars Faye Marsay, who plays Annie, and Warren Brown, who plays Terry.
Warren, who shared the photo on Instagram, wrote: ‘The cameras are rolling and we’re off! Ten Pounds of Poms Season 2!’
