A 30-year-old married Missouri math teacher who seduced her 16-year-old student and had sex with him multiple times has been let off on probation.
Victoria Fowler, who worked at Bakersfield School, admitted having sexual relations with the male child on three dates in May and August 2023.
Fowler, a married mother of two, seduced the teenager with explicit nude images. The sex offender sent the boy photos of her breasts and naked selfies in the shower.
After seducing the 16-year-old with the photos, she had sex with the boy several times over the summer. She also admitted to having oral sex with the teen, who is half her age.
The victim was a student at Bakersfield, where Fowler taught math.

She was charged in August 2023 with three counts of second-degree statutory rape and one count of second-degree statutory sodomy. She is pictured here with her husband.
The sexual relations took place at a home in Howell County, east of Bakersfield.
Her sexual exploitation came to light after screenshots of the explicit images were sent to detectives.
In an interview with detectives, the boy said he sent photos of his genitals to the married math teacher.
Images of the 16-year-old’s genitals were called “child pornography” in the probable cause statement.
She was charged in August 2023 with three counts of second-degree statutory rape and one count of second-degree statutory sodomy.
Fowler pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual contact with a student and was sentenced earlier this week to five years of supervised probation.
The former math teacher must also register as a sex offender, surrender her teaching license and have no contact with the victim or other students at the school.
She is also not allowed to have unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18, except with her own children.

Fowler’s husband, Jeremy Fowler, was hired by the Bakersfield School District as a school resource sheriff’s officer in 2022, just a year before the scandal unfolded, according to local media.
Jeremy, who was assigned to the Lutie School District where his wife taught, was hired to serve as an ‘additional measure of student and staff safety.’
Victoria and Jeremy Fowler, 31, were high school sweethearts and married on October 5, 2013, when the couple was about 20 years old.
They share two children together.
