The challenge comes after Friday night’s shock dumping of Molly Marsh after new bombshell Kady McDermott stole her partner Zach Noble.
The heart rate game sees the Islanders dress up and perform a series of sexy dances to the group of the opposite sex who gather around the fire pit.

The girls rush to hug her after Kady chose Zach in a shock turn of events.
As Molly prepares to leave, Catherine comforts her by saying: ‘Love always finds a way.’
The next morning, Molly’s exit has a ripple effect on the Villa and sees Ella thinking about her and Tyrique.
Approaching Tyrique, Ella wants to know where their relationship is heading.
Tyrique tells Ella he ‘misses the game’ of being single, as it’s all he knows.
With Tyrique not closing himself off, will Ella decide it’s time to draw a line under their relationship or can the two continue to progress?

It comes after Molly revealed that she think her connection is so strong with former partner Zach that she will ‘wait for him’ to come out of the villa.
The theatre star, 21, said in her exit interview that she really wanted to ‘carry things on’ with the basketball player, 25, and admitted she didn’t see things ‘going anywhere’ with him and his new couple Kady.
It comes after Islanders and viewers alike were left completely stunned when actress Molly was told to pack her bags immediately in an unexpected dumping.
Her exit came when Kady, who appeared on the ITV2 show’s second series, entered the villa on Friday and quickly stirred things up with the islanders.
Just hours after her bombshell entrance, she was forced to steal a boy from one of the girls, and decided to couple up with Molly’s partner Zach.
Speaking after leaving the show Molly said: ‘Everything happens for a reason, I don’t regret anything. But I hope something will come of it on the outside, because I’ll definitely wait for him.
‘I want to see him when he comes out and I want to carry on where we left off, because I think there’s still unfinished conversations and more to get to know about each other.’
She added: ‘Yeah, there was definitely a part of me that thought, ‘Come home with me.’ I thought, ‘Let’s go and we can carry this on.’ But it’s his journey as well and he probably needs to keep himself a little bit open and see if there is something there.
‘I wish I’d spoken to Zach to say, ‘I’ll be waiting. I really want this to carry on.’ But no words could come out of my mouth. I was so speechless!’
Kady’s decision left Molly single and she was immediately sent a text telling her she would be dumped from the island, leaving her fighting back tears.
The episode came to an abrupt cliffhanger ending as the islanders all leapt up in shock as Molly revealed she would be immediately dumped from the villa.
On her dumping Molly said: ‘When I got the text to find out that I’d be dumped from the Island everyone around the fire pit was so shocked.
‘No-one expected it. My eyes went straight to the word ‘bags’ on the text and I thought, ‘Oh my goodness, I’m going.’ I saw Zach’s face drop. And seeing Kady and Zach standing in front of me together, my heart dropped.
‘I just didn’t want to see it but I understood it needed to happen and I trust in the timing of the universe and everything happening for a reason.
‘So I knew it was clearly my time to go and if something good will come from me and Zach then it still will. If he finds something with Kady then that’s that.’
On Zach and Kady’s potential connection she added: ‘I actually don’t see it going anywhere. I know Kady mentioned these traits in a guy she wanted and Zach does fit those traits.
‘Mature, relaxed and all of that. So we’ll see with that and if there is something there then there is and it’s meant to be but I’m hoping there’s not.’
However after her dumping fans were adamant that they had ‘rumbled’ another huge villa twist as they were convinced that her elimination was not what it seems.
After the show, which ended straight after the dramatic announcement, viewers were quick to take to Twitter to share their theories on Molly’s fate.
Fans admitted they weren’t convinced Molly would be dumped for good as they shared their theories that she would return as a Casa Amor girl to stir things up.
One viewer wrote: ‘They should wait until Zachariah is very ‘closed off’ in a new couple then bring Molly back a bombshell.’
Another said: ‘I’m not buying it – Molly will become one of the Casa girls or something.’
While a third penned: ‘But do we actually think they’d dump Molly?’ and a fourth tweeted: ‘I feel like Molly is deffo coming back???’
A fifth added: ‘Does anyone think Molly will be back for Casa Amor?? IDKKK the plot twist seems too good.’
Meanwhile, viewers also shared their praise for producers deciding to bring back Kady this year as things took a very dramatic turn in Friday’s episode.
One fan wrote: ‘So happy Kady is back,’ while another said: ‘I knew I was gonna be happy with Kady coming back but I didn’t know it would be this fast.’
And a third shared their shock, writing: ‘No way they brought back KADY on LOVE ISLAND THIS YEAR …one of the messiest contestants ever.’
Earlier in the episode, Zach had told the boys he was quite settled with Molly and seemed to hint that he wasn’t as interested in getting to know Kady as they were.
Zach told some of the boys that he was focused on his romance Molly and said he would simply have a chat with the new bombshell.
He was then seen telling Kady all about his relationship with Molly, detailing their day the day before as he appeared settled with his partner.
However, the pair were later seen having a flirty exchange and Zach told Molly that she should also chat to other people when they come in, even if he doesn’t ‘like it’.

Before entering the villa, Kady had confessed that Zach was her ‘number one’ option, saying he seemed the ‘most chilled’ out of all the islanders.
She said: ‘Zach’s my number one, Tyrique on looks, but he might need his ego putting down a little bit. I also want to get to know Mitch.
‘Age is a big thing for me, immaturity in a man for me, it’s just a complete no. I don’t like boys that are too cheeky, I just don’t trust them. Zach seems the most chilled and and is nice to look at.’
