The English socialite, 47, showed off her toned physique in a white and blue shell-print bikini as she walked along the beach.
Victoria went make-up free and her blonde locks were wet after a dip in the sea.
The star enjoyed her stay at the luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel over the Christmas holidays.

Victoria accused Christophe of being a wife beater and insisted she 'couldn't keep quiet any longer'. Victoria posted photos of Isabella's injuries to Instagram in December after reportedly witnessing her sister's torment at the hands of her husband.
Yet that seemed far from Victoria's thoughts as she also shared photos on Instagram of her lying on a lounge chair on the beach.
Victoria revealed her bikini is from her own luxury swimwear brand Lady Ship Swim, while the star teased she will relaunch with a new collection in 2024.
In the snap, the star cut an elegant figure in a stunning full-length white lace cover-up adorned with intricately embroidered flowers.
During this festive break, she faced personal problems after claiming that her husband even left her with a fractured skull during Isabella's wedding after he punched her while she was in hospital following the birth of their daughter.
She also claimed that Christophe had cheated on Isabella with a number of women – and left her and their three children.

She said: 'I really feared for her safety and mental well-being. She felt like nothing would ever improve, and that no one would find out what he was really like.”
'When I spoke to one of her lawyer friends, he said, 'Look Victoria, you have the power to get this out. I give you permission, let's do this.'
“She was just so heartbroken and so depressed about the whole thing. A lot of it is mental abuse, making her feel bad all the time, but also physical abuse.”
Lady Victoria recently posted a series of photos to the stories of her Instagram account, which has 550,000 followers, showing cuts and bruises on the body of Isabella – who won Channel 4 reality sports show The Games in 2004.
The footage showed the results of alleged attacks by her husband during her 'nightmare' wedding.
She accompanied the gruesome photos with a series of messages, including one that read: “This story is to give other women the courage to speak out as it cost my sister a lot of time.”
It comes after reports of Victoria's explosive row with her sister Isabella's husband Christophe De Pauw after accusing him of being a 'wife beater' and sharing photos of her injuries.

Another message said: 'Christophe de Pauw must be put away. He is a serial abuser. He cheated on my sister and then punished her for it. It has gotten to the point where we can no longer remain silent.”
She says: 'My sister also found out that there had been an affair before. He actually thought he could have an affair and go back to my sister, but this time she said she wanted a divorce.”
Isabella, who appeared on ITV's Celebrity Love Island in 2005 and was named as the 'face of Playboy UK' in the same year, later returned home from a competitive cycling trip after her husband moved away to find her family home in Portugal stripped of a number of possessions.
Lady Victoria has dated numerous high-profile men over the years, from Boyzone's Shane Lynch to Prince Andrew, but she is currently single.
