Kyle Richards appeared on Instagram this week and shared a correctly edited photo of herself after deleting the original when she was called out for a sloppy editing job.
Taking to the app’s Stories feature, the 54-year-old reality television star re-shared the photo of her and Hermès executive Michael Coste, who also posted it on his Insta account.
‘Always love seeing you and laughing together @michaelcostefr,’ she wrote beneath the image.
Kyle’s now-deleted picture displayed a blurred area on her arm, prompting her social media followers to call out the bizarrely botched snap.
She later defended herself in a comment left on Page Six‘s Instagram page, writing, ‘This picture was sent to me by Michael and I didn’t look before I posted it. He admittedly does this to all of his photos. This isn’t newsworthy. Pretty sure people are as bored by this as I am.’

Earlier this week Kyle quickly deleted the image from her Instagram grid after sharing it with her 4.2 million followers on Sunday.
Her fans were quick to name the ‘ridiculous’ failed modification.
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star had taken the picture with Coste during a visit to Paris.
Although Richards removed the image from her Instagram, as of Tuesday she still had the photo on her Facebook page.
She wrote in the caption, ‘When in Paris my first stop is always to @michaelcostefr. Until next time.’
The petite socialite added, ‘And I am on my tippy toes thinking an inch and half may make the world of difference in this photo. At 5’2” you do what you gotta do.’
She wore a cropped white top with short, ruffled sleeves, baring her toned and vascular arms.
It’s unclear what the Bravo TV veteran was trying to conceal in the outtake, but it may have been her veins, which were out of sight in the alternate picture.

On her bottom half, Kyle wore light-colored trousers with a subtle flare and she carried a baby pink Hermès Kelly bag.
Michael shared the same photo with the caption, ‘#KyleRichards is back to #Paris! It’s so good to see her again.’
The blurred spot on her arm was nonexistent in the image that he uploaded.
On Facebook, social media users jumped to the comments section to point out the unsightly error.
One person wrote, ‘The filter gone wrong,’ while someone else added, ‘You don’t even look like yourself.’
Another critic noted, ‘Photoshop fail! Just be you. Stop this ridiculous photoshop madness!’
Someone else simply asked: ‘Why the photoshop Kyle? You’re beautiful just the way you are!’
And one user pondered, ‘Why would she post this…it’s so obvious how did she not realize lol.’

Before the photo mishap, Kyle enjoyed an Italian holiday with husband Mauricio Umansky and their daughters.
Richards and Umansky — who shocked fans by separating last month in July — are parents to daughters Alexia, 27; Sophia, 23; and Portia, 15. Kyle also shares daughter Farrah, 34, with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
The clan enjoyed the last days of summer traveling scenic destinations along the Amalfi Coast.
The mother-of-four took to Instagram to share a selection of outtakes from the getaway.
