Season 4 of The Kardashians opens in quite the different way from previous seasons, featuring a trailer showing scenes from the premiere and scenes from later on in the season… one of which features Khloe Kardashian claiming her serial cheater/baby daddy Tristan Thompson deserves to be ‘castrated’ for what he has done.
Season 3 ended with quite the surprise – with the shocking death of Tristan’s mother Andrea at just 53 – with Tristan left to take care of his teenage special needs brother Amani, who suffers from epilepsy.
The final moments of the season revealed that she has allowed the NBA player and Amani to live in her home, since his roof caved in and is under rennovations, but during a tease for the rest of Season 4, Khloe thinks Tristan should be ‘castrated.’
The teaser features a shot where Khloe is having dinner with her close friend Malika Haqq, who suggests, ‘Maybe you might want to try to save your family.’
Khloe responds, ‘If someone did to my daughter what Tristan did to me, I would probably castrate them… and smile doing it.’

While the Season 4 premiere doesn’t show Thompson, the teaser for the rest of the season that opens the premiere features him in a few shots.
The teaser also shows footage of Tristan holding their son Tatum during a party, with Kris telling her grandson, ‘You look so cute today’ as Tristan gives Tatum a kiss on the cheek.
Kris also says in confession that ‘Tristan has so many great qualities about him,’ though it cuts to Kendall saying to Khloe, ‘Mom is too nice sometimes. We’re your daughters. You should be like fierce for us.’
Kourtney is also seen talking to Tristan, telling him, ‘Our kids, they watch our actions, not our words. I don’t think you deserve Khloe.’
Tristan is later seen mingling with Corey Gamble who seems to call him ‘Dad of the Year’ in the shot.
Meanwhile, Tristan later tells Khloe, ‘The last thing I ever want them to do is to feel embarassed that I’m their father.’
Tristan and Khloe started dating in 2016, though he has a long history of cheating on her throughout the years.
Court documents revealed that he cheated on Khloe with Jordan Craig and it was revealed that he cheated on her literally while she was giving birth to their daughter True.

They split in 2019, only to get back together in 2020 during COVID-19 lockdown, but they had split again in June 2021.
A paternity lawsuit filed against Thompson in June 2021 revealed he had an affair with a woman while dating Khloe, with paternity results revealing him the father of their child.
While they still aren’t together, it was revealed in July 2022 that they were expecting their second child via surrogacy, Tatum, who was born July 28, 2022.
Later on in the episode, Kris asks Khloe what her intentions for 2023 are and she says, ‘Remember, I told you? This is my… the year that I’m shedding and I’m gonna be upgrading, but my year won’t start until 2024.’
‘Most people are scared to turn 40. I have hated… every day of my 30s has been agony, like what the f**k?’ Khloe tells her family.
She clarifies in confession, ‘Of course, I’ve had some incredible moments in my 30s. I mean, I have two beautiful kids, I have great, great moments. This has nothing to do with that. Besides that, though, every other day has been f***ing torture.’
Back at breakfast, Khloe adds, ‘It’s just been a terrible decade, so guess what? I am pumped, I am ready. I’m actually pissed I’m only turning 39 this year.’
