The 29-year-old country music artist – who recently talked about first date jitters – and her 30-year-old counterpart had the look of love as they coordinated in black looks.
At one point, the Tennessee native planted a kiss on her beau’s cheek to his delight.
For the star-studded occasion, Ballerini slipped into a strapless Yves Saint Laurent dress with a matching neck scarf.
For his part, the Outer Banks actor looked smart in a double-breasted suit with a white shirt.

Her glossy, highlighted tresses were arranged with a subtle flip at the ends for a touch of pizazz.
She looked typically beautiful with a smokey makeup look drawing attention to her blue eyes.
Stokes wore a pair of black-rimmed eyeglasses and his dark, lustrous hair was tamed with product, keeping the locks in place.
He was handsome with a full, neatly groomed beard as he smiled for photos with his girlfriend.
Ballerini’s gown featured a plunging neckline that bared her chest and it gathered at the center with soft pleats.
Tying the look together, she carried a small black clutch for the evening out in Venice.
And Chase rounded out his ensemble with a pair of understated black loafers.

Also at the celebrity-filled soiree were Chris Appleton, 40, and Lukas Gage, 29.
The spouses, who tied the knot shortly after an engagement announcement in April, looked phenomenal.
They both donned monochrome looks, complementing each other as they posed in front of the event’s step-and-repeat.
Lukas opted for a relaxed ivory suit with a matching crew neck sweater underneath his blazer.
It was tucked into his pleated trousers and he rounded out the look with white sneakers.
Meanwhile, Chris, Kim Kardashian’s go-to hair guru, wore a silvery gray mock neck top with pants of the same shade.
His trousers were slightly baggy and he also completed the fashion-forward look with white sneakers.
Appleton’s tousle of blonde highlighted locks were neatly cropped with more length on top to add texture.

However, this year many actors are unable to attend the 80th anniversary event due to ongoing acting and writing strikes in the industry.
Since July 17, Hollywood has been halted as members of the SAG-AFTRA union joined the Writers Guild Of America in going on strike over growing concerns of the use of artificial intelligence and streaming residuals.
According to Variety, a select list of films premiering at Venice have obtained SAG-AFTRA interim waivers because they are independent productions that have not been produced by AMPTP members.
