Keke Palmer's ex Darius Jackson is seeking a restraining order against the actress amid their nasty split.
In court documents filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, Jackson, 29, asked a judge for a temporary domestic violence restraining order requiring the star to stay 100 yards away from him, per TMZ.
Jackson, who is father of son Leodis Andrelltonnine months, with Palmer,
told the court that Palmer “repeatedly engaged in abuse” and “acted as the main aggressor” towards him during their two years together.
In one alleged incident cited, Jackson claimed Palmer “hit” on August 20, 2021 [him] in the face' at a birthday party they attended.
The request comes a few days after Jackson filed a counterclaim after the 30-year-old actress obtained a temporary restraining order against him last month over domestic violence allegations.

In his counterclaim, Jackson told the court that Palmer “smashed the windshield.” [his] car while [he] rode' in January 2022.
On February 28, 2022, Palmer was 'physically attacked', according to Jackson [him] by choking and beating him in an incident at her Los Angeles home.
Jackson said that in an incident on March 12, 2023, an intoxicated Palmer cursed him out for having plumbing problems at her home that she blamed on him.
“I tried to de-escalate the situation and she became even more irate,” he said.
Palmer was recently granted temporary sole custody of their son and a restraining order against Jackson.
Jackson has asked the court for joint legal and physical custody of their son, and has asked the court to deny Palmer's petition for a restraining order on the grounds of domestic violence.
He asked Palmer to pay his lawyers and comply with stay-away and no-contact orders. He wants the court to grant him this after he has filmed his counterclaim.
In her court documents, Palmer said she sought protection from Jackson after he allegedly “invaded my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, and then physically assaulted me.”

Jackson, who has denied allegations of abuse in the past, said the video was misleading.
The restraining order request, which she filed in Los Angeles, noted that the relationship — which began in 2021 — “finally ended for good” early last month, “primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted.”
Palmer claims that Jackson also liked to bomb her during their relationship.
'The abuse during our relationship was not only physical, but also emotional and manipulative. Darius would 'love bomb' me and make me feel like the most important woman in the world, but he became extremely distant and cold because of a perceived insult towards him.”
Other incidents mentioned by Palmer allegedly involved destroying personal belongings, including diaries and prescription glasses, and throwing her belongings into the street.

“If we were at a party or event and I talked to one person for too long or looked at someone in a 'certain way' he would storm off in a rage and tell me I was a 'slut' and a 'whore' and accuse me of it. that I cheated on him, and that I didn't love him.'
“Darius had a way of tricking me into making me feel like I was doing something wrong even though I wasn't,” she wrote in documents.
Palmer claimed there had been “many instances of physical violence” against Jackson, including him “hitting” her in front of their son.
In April 2022, Palmer said she was out to dinner with Jackson in Santa Barbara when he accused her of flirting with a woman, forcing her to come home early.
'Darius took my prescription glasses away from me, threw them on the ground and stomped on them. “He then opened my bag, threw all my stuff on the sidewalk in the rain and threw my car keys across the parking lot before getting into his own car and driving away,” she claims.

She also accused him of “throwing away my car keys to keep me from driving away, of spitting profanities about me to our son, of threatening to kill himself with a gun if I let him down , harassment and other physical and emotional abuse.”
In the motion filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Palmer said she is seeking protection from Jackson after he allegedly “entered my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, and then physically assaulted me.”

In her filing, Palmer also indicated she was “concerned for Leo's safety” due to previous incidents.
She claimed that on September 26, 2023, Darius “became very frustrated with him when Leo cried while Darius was changing his diaper.”
Palmer explained that her former partner “began to get physically rough with Leo and I intervened to make sure Darius wouldn't hurt him.”
She continued, “Darius was angry and it almost became a tug-of-war with Leo. Darius eventually let go and Leo was unharmed, but as I held Leo in an attempt to comfort him and change his diaper, Darius hit me on the head before storming out of the room.”
Keke also shared incidents of emotional abuse, writing: 'When we were at a party or event and I talked to one person for too long or looked at someone in a “certain way” he would storm off in anger – and tell me it was me . 's**t' and a 'w***e', accusing me of cheating on him and not loving him.”
Keke revealed that it was the birth of their son that helped her make the decision to end their relationship.
'It is thanks to our son Leo that I was finally able to end my relationship with Darius once and for all and escape the abuse. Leo is the most important thing in the whole world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free of violence,” she wrote.
