Katie Price, 46, was arrested at Heathrow Airport after failing to attend a court hearing regarding her bankruptcies. The Surrey native returned to the UK and was taken into custody at a west London police station. She is scheduled to appear at the Royal Courts of Justice on Friday.
On Thursday evening, Price was seen near a police van with protective headgear covering her recent surgery wounds. She had been in Turkey for surgery, and photos showed her at a hotel swimming pool with bandages on her face.

In April, Price was warned she could face arrest if she continued to miss court hearings. Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton issued an arrest warrant in July, stating that Price had received “very clear warnings” about her required attendance.
Price, who was declared bankrupt in November 2019 and again in March this year, was supposed to answer questions about her finances from barristers. Last week, Price claimed on Instagram that she was not evading her responsibilities but was unable to attend the hearing due to filming commitments abroad. She accused the media of attempting to humiliate her and her family but maintained that she was not embarrassed or ashamed.
Judge Burton criticised Price for offering only “piecemeal co-operation” and failing to provide basic information regarding her bankruptcies. The judge asserted that Price’s absence was inexcusable and irrelevant.
In February, Price was ordered to pay 40% of her monthly income from her OnlyFans account to the trustee for the next three years, linked to her first bankruptcy. She was declared bankrupt a second time in March due to an unpaid tax bill exceeding £750,000. Last October, Price expressed frustration with legal threats and mentioned she would prefer imprisonment to end the ordeal.
Price recently commented on cosmetic surgery, criticising young women for undergoing procedures like boob jobs and face and lip fillers.
