Minnesota quarterback Cole Kramer’s fiancée has dismissed her comparisons to Taylor Swift after going viral during her partner’s recent game against Bowling Green.
Cameras repeatedly focused on Katie Miller during ESPN’s coverage of Minnesota’s 30-24 victory on Tuesday night as Kramer led the Golden Gophers to victory.
It led to some somewhat inevitable comparisons to Taylor Swift, who attended several Kansas City Chiefs NFL games this season cheering on her new boyfriend Travis Kelce.
In an interview with People about her new family, Miller downplayed her comparisons to the singer.
“It’s a bit far, but I’ll do it,” she said. “It wasn’t something I ever expected to be in the game so much, but at the end of the day I was just excited to be there supporting Cole and the rest of the team in their victory.

“I think it’s a bit of a stretch to be compared to Taylor Swift, but as someone who shed tears of joy when he saw Taylor on the Eras Tour earlier this year, I accept it.”
Fans tuning into the game took to social media to discuss how much airtime Miller was getting just being in the stadium.
‘One thing about the [Quick] Lane Bowl is you will know that Cole Kramer and Katie Miller are getting married,” media personality Mike Golic Jr. said. on social media.
“Just change the name of the game to the Katie Miller Bowl,” said one user on X.
Another social media user posted a GIF from the movie “Dumb & Dumber” of Jim Carrey’s character Lloyd Christmas and said, “I don’t care!” regarding the reporting on Miller.
“We need to start buying Katie Miller gifts from her registry,” said another fan on X.
‘[Over/Under] how many times will katie miller be mentioned in the 4th quarter? I’ll set the limit at 9.5 and take the upper hand,” another fan predicted.
Kramer finished the game with just 26 passing yards, quite low for a starting quarterback despite the Golden Gophers’ win.
Miller and Kramer have been engaged since May 2022 and will get married in February.
Miller is a nurse and has been in a public relationship with Kramer since April 2021, when she posted the first photo of them together as a couple on Instagram.
