Katie Holmes wore a cozy-looking textured red coat with white and black stripes as she stepped out in New York City on Friday.
The 44-year-old actress – who was spotted with her sisters this month – added a white winter hat to the look.
The sleeves of the outerwear were turned up, revealing a brown interior, and the front had large pockets.
It was paired with light wash jeans and a pair of brown Birkenstock mules.
The Dawson’s Creek alum crossed her arms and stayed cozy and warm as she walked at night.

Katie was married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012 and the couple share a daughter, Suri, who was born in April 2006.
Last summer, Katie revealed that Suri had recorded a cover of the song Blue Moon for her film Alone Together, which the movie star wrote, directed and starred in.
‘She is very, very talented. She said she would do it and she recorded it and I let her do her thing,” Holmes said Yahoo! Entertainment.
She noted, “That’s the way I generally direct. It’s like, “I think this is what we all want: go do your thing.”
When asked why she asked her daughter to sing in the film, she replied, “I always want the highest talent, so I asked her.”
Holmes also revealed that Suri sang in Rare Objects, a project that Katie also wrote, directed and starred in and was released in April.
“She actually sang in Rare Objects, the movie we made last fall,” she explained.
Cruise will graduate from high school in June and attend college in the fall of 2024.

The First Daughter star has been receiving approximately $33,000 a month in child support from her ex since their divorce.
The payments will end in April when Suri turns 18. However, the Top Gun actor will pay for his daughter’s college tuition, DailyMail.com has learned.
Suri leans towards studying fashion in New York rather than attending a traditional university.
‘Suri applies to schools everywhere. (Katie) really wants her to stay in New York so they can be close to each other,” a source told Ny Breaking earlier this year.
