Katie Holmes cut a laidback figure as she stepped out for a low-key outing in New York on Tuesday.
The actress, 44, kept it casual in a short-sleeved white shirt with lace detailing and oversized blue jeans adorned with embroidered patterns.
She kept comfortable in a pair of black Adidas trainers and shielded her eyes with clear oval sunglasses.
The Dawson’s Creek star, who was formerly married to Tom Cruise, accessorized her understated look with an array of gold and beaded necklaces.
She also opted for a pair of simple round earrings and walked with her phone in one hand.

It comes just weeks after Katie shut down dating rumors when she was spotted out with her agent Jeremy Barber.
After they were spotted embracing, it was quickly confirmed that the two are not romantically involved, Page Six reported.
Her representative insisted she has a strictly professional relationship with Barber, a partner in the Motion Picture Literary and Talent Departments at United Talent Agency.
In December, she and her production company Lafayette Pictures signed with UTA, which also represents Johnny Depp, Harrison Ford and Charlize Theron.
Last year, Holmes and her ex-boyfriend Bobby Wooten III split after nearly a year of dating.
‘They just didn’t work out together for the long run,’ a source shared with Us Weekly at the time.
The actress and autodidactic musician, 33, made their red carpet debut in May 2022.
They were first linked when they were spotted kissing and holding hands while out and about in the Big Apple.
Then they appeared together at The Silver Ball, The Moth’s 25th Anniversary Gala.
