Karen Nyamu has addressed speculations surrounding Samidoh’s visit to his estranged wife Edday Nderitu and their three children in the US.
The UDA-nominated senator spoke on Samidoh’s US visit while responding to netizens who commented on her Facebook post.
Karen Nyamu clarified that she was not hurt by Samidoh’s decision to run back into the loving arms of his first wife because it was his responsibility to take care of the two families.

“Hyp Shee KE Hehehe kwani sisi tumewachana? nyi mnaeza ona vile mnaona tu but me naona a loving dad who takes his role as a dad seriously. Our babies are lucky 😍,” Karen Nyamu responded.
Responding to another netizen, Karen Nyamu noted that both Edday and her children needed Samidoh, adding that she was happy for them.

“Lyz Dha Tuxh Both him and the babies needed that. We are happy for them😍,” Karen Nyamu responded.
Karen Nyamu further explained that she could not follow Samidoh to the US and cause chaos because Edday also left him for her when she moved abroad.

Samidoh in the US
Samidoh flew to Boston, Massachusetts, USA where his estranged wife Edday Nderitu and their three children live.
The Mugithi singer was received by his children at Boston Logan International Airport moments after he touched down.
The singer’s eldest daughter Shirleen Muchoki shared photos that captured their emotional reunion at the Boston airport.
It’s the first time Samidoh is reuniting with his children since they left for the US in early May 2023.
Samidoh saw off his family at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) last year as they relocated to America.
On May 2, 2023, Edday Nderitu posted photos of her arrival in Boston, Massachusetts where she was met by her US-based friend Bernice Saroni.
