Kaitlyn Bristowe shares words of encouragement for herself after calling off engagement to Jason Tartick: ‘You’re going to be OK’
Kaitlyn Bristowe dropped in on Instagram on Thursday to give fans an update after ending her engagement to Jason Tartick earlier this month.
The 38-year-old former Bachelorette star — who was spotted at LAX last week — shared a carousel of images with a short but heartfelt caption.
‘Not to spoil the ending for you. But you’re going to be OK ❤️,’ she captioned photos of herself in various emotional states as she engaged with her nearly two million followers.
The comments on the post were turned off, but it received more than 100,000 likes.
Included in the roundup of images was a snapshot of the star softly smiling in a selfie, as well as a contrasting photo that showed Bristowe with a hand over half her face as she wept.

Elsewhere in the slideshow she tried out the move herself as she lifted her foot to the top of her head, showing off her flexibility.
Fans were also shown a selfie of Kaitlyn with her long locks pulled back into a ponytail as she sat outside a psychic business.
She wore a pair of rectangular black designer sunglasses and layered silver chain necklaces.
Bristowe was dressed in a black tank top with thick straps, and she flashed a glossy red manicure.
A picture of Kaitlyn holding a bouquet was also part of the selection.

Early this month, in a joint Instagram post, Kaitlyn and Jason, 34, announced the amicable end to their two-year engagement.
The pair met when recording an episode of Bristowe’s Off The Vine podcast in 2018.
In their statement, they wrote, ‘Continuing our friendship is incredibly important to both of us. We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other.’
The two added that they will share custody of their dogs Ramen and Pinot, who ‘will continue to be cared for together as brothers’ amid their ‘life-altering decision.’
