Jennifer Lawrence can add Andy Cohen to her kiss list. While stopping by Watch What Happens Live on Monday night (June 26), the No Hard Feelings star shared a tender peck with the beloved Bravo boss — and weighed in on some rumors regarding a past fling.
When the cameras returned from the commercial break, the two were “negotiating a kiss,” according to Cohen, with Lawrence admitting she felt a little jealous of another guest the host had smooched.
“I just feel like you kissed John Mayer but you’ve never kissed me. He’s more your type, I guess,” she joked, to which Cohen, who is gay, replied, “I mean, he is. But I am attracted to you. Yeah, I mean … I’d love to kiss you. Consensually.”
Following both parties’ consent and an awkward pause, Cohen and Lawrence leaned into one another and locked lips on air, leaving the Oscar-winning actress to ask, “Did it do anything? Did it move?” referring to Cohen’s, well, you know.
“I’m hard as a rock,” he quipped. “I’m bone hard.”
However, it wasn’t the only time Lawrence’s smooch history was brought up in the episode. During a game of “Plead the Fifth,” Cohen asked the star about rumors that Miley Cyrus‘ “Flowers” music video was subtly referencing a secret fling Lawrence had with the singer’s ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth.
“Not true. Total rumor. We all know we only kissed one time. It was years after they broke up so I just assumed that was a coincidence,” Lawrence said, before turning to the audience and asking, “Are you satisfied?”
Lawrence first confirmed that something had occurred between her and Hemsworth on a 2015 episode of WWHL when Cohen asked if she ever kissed her Hunger Games co-star — who had an on-and-off relationship with Cyrus from 2009 to 2019 — when the cameras weren’t rolling.
“Liam and I grew up together. Liam’s real hot,” the American Hustle star said at the time. “What would you have done?”
