Jennifer Garner showcased her incredibly toned arms in a white tank top while on a morning run with her son, Samuel, in Los Angeles on Sunday. 

As she jogged down the street, the 51-year-old actress’ preteen rode his blue bicycle by her side.  

After working up a sweat together, the Alias actress, who sported a pair of black camouflage leggings and white sneakers, stopped for a refresher at Starbucks. 

The Golden Globe completed her sporty ensemble with her Apple Watch, over-the-calf compression socks, minimal makeup and her light brown hair pulled back in a low bun. 

For their outing, her 11-year-old wore an oversized purple hoodie, black helmet, grey pants and sneakers.  

The Houston-born beauty, who resides in Brentwood, shares her little boy as well as daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 14, with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck.

The A-list exes tied the knot back in 2005 after working together on Pearl Harbor and Daredevil.

However, things ultimately didn’t work out between the Elektra co-stars (Ben returned as Daredevil in a deleted scenes), with the couple splitting for good in 2016.

They finalized their divorce two years later and now have an amicable co-parenting relationship.

While appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show this past April, Garner shared how she incorporates jogging into her daily effort to break a sweat. 

‘What I do in the morning is I work out,’ she told Barrymore, who looked surprise, and replied: ‘Every day?! Oh God.’

Seeing how defeated the host looked when learning Garner works out nearly every day, she clarified her revelation, adding, ‘No, Drew, really. Yo’ ve gotta do hard cardio to get that — to get yourself —I ‘m sorry, you do.’

Garner went on to share how she believes the act of moving our bodies not only improves the body but also the mind and brain.

The performer actually has science to back up her claims about how exercise can enhance the benefits of mental health. 

A study published in the March edition of the British Journal Of Sports Medicine found it to be more effective than medication in treating anxiety and depression.

For people who have had a hard time maintaining a consistent workout regimen, like Barrymore, Garner suggested they find exercise activities that they find fun.

‘You find something that actually makes you feel joyful while you’re doing it or it won’t work, because this is not gonna get ‘er done,’ the Once Upon A Farm co-founder told the talk show host.
