Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox both shared sweet tribute to their Friends costar Lisa Kudrow for her 60th birthday.

The actresses, who played Rachel Green and Monica Geller, respectively, on the hit sitcom, shared a mix of old photos taken during their 10-season run on Friends and a few of their pals in more recent years, including costars Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.

‘Please join me in celebrating one of my favorite people on the planet. LISA KUDROW!! She’s been my friend and my family for nearly 30 incredible years,’ Anniston, 54, gushed in the caption.

She added, ‘I cherish you…I love you, my sweet Floosh. One of the most talented comedians/actors I’ve had the great honor to work with for all these glorious years and more to come! Happy Lisa’s Birthday!’

Courtney also took to her Instagram page and share some sweet sentiments in honor of her milestone birthday.

In one of the newer photos, Aniston can be seen giving Kudrow a playful kiss on the side of her forehead, just as the Los Angeles native puckered up her own lips with her eyes closed.

Kudrow was pictured in front of a birthday cake in a social media post on Sunday in which she thanked her fans for their kind words. She said, ‘Thanks for all the happy birthday wishes! This is for all of you!’ 

Cox joined Kudrow and Aniston for another photo that looked to  have been taken during that recent same gettogether at one of their homes.

The three actresses did reunite with their their male co-stars for the Friends: The Reunion special that premiered on HBO Max on May 27, 2021.

Aniston added one of the photos taken during the funny and emotional reunion in her new birthday post to Kudrow.

For the special, the cast revisited the sets of the original show, met with actors who appeared on the show as well as celebrity guests, did table reads and re-enactments of classic episodes, all wile sharing some behind-the-scenes footage. 

Aniston tribute also had three throwback snaps, including one where she rocks her famous ‘Rachel’ hairdo as she leans her head on Kudrow’s shoulder with both sporting milk mustaches; another of them hugging on a couch; and one of Kudrow getting a kiss on the cheek from Aniston and Cox.

Cox, 59, also took to her Instagram page to wish Kudrow a happy birthday, only she shared a series of images that looked a bit newer than her co-star’s.

‘Happy Birthday my Loot. This is my second attempt: ChatGPT didn’t give you nearly the amount of love I feel for you,’ the Scream star wrote, before getting sentimental. ‘You are the smartest, funniest, most thoughtful person. I always feel seen and loved when I’m around you. That’s the gift you give to those you love x.’

Just this past June 15, Aniston wished Cox a happy 59th birthday in an Instagram post with a couple of old photos of the two getting silly and a couple of clips of them on Friends.

One showed the Marley & Me actress holding on to Cox’s legs while she did a handstand.

In the other picture, the two actresses share a friendly kiss that appears to have been taken during their days working on Friends.

‘I’d like to take a moment and wish my dearest CC the happiest of birthdays,’ she began. ‘If you’ve been lucky enough to know her, you know how incredible she is. The biggest heart and most generous of humans. I love you, Cox-N-Hammer! Happy Birthday.’

Friends began its run on NBC back in September 1994, and proceeded to become wildly successful during its 10 seasons on the network.

The series was nominated for 62 Primetime Emmy Awards, winning sox, including for  Outstanding Comedy Series in its its eighth season. Aniston and Kudrow were the only main cast members to win an Emmy.

The show is ranked number 21 on TV Guide’s 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time.

The series finale, which aired on May 6, 2004, was watched by 52.5 million viewers, making it the fifth-most-watched series finale in television history, and the most-watched TV episode of the 2000s.
