Rock band Jane’s Addiction have called off the rest of their tour and decided to take a break following an on-stage fight.nOn Twitter today (16 September), the band announced the news after the altercation at a gig in Boston on Friday 13th.

Performing hits like ‘Three Days’ and ‘Jane Says’, the band members were on stage when fans reportedly heard lead singer Perry Farrell swearing into his microphone. Farrell then directed his anger towards guitarist Dave Navarro, leading to a physical confrontation. Crew members quickly intervened, grabbing the singer, and the show was subsequently cancelled.

Jane’s Addiction confirmed they would not be returning soon. They tweeted: “To all the fans, the band have made the difficult decision to take some time away as a group. As such, they will be cancelling the remainder of the tour.”
