Erica Packer and her new boyfriend Shannon Bennett have reportedly taken their blossoming romance to the next step.
The ex-wife of James Packer, 46, reportedly recently bought a house with the 48-year-old chef just months after they went public for the first time, as one couple reported Sunday confidential.
The publication claimed the couple are ‘going strong’ and have decided to expand after living in Shannon’s $2 million beachfront property on Belongil Beach.
Together the lovebirds have nine children, with Shannon sharing Phoenix, Hendrix, Xascha, Xanthe, Xahlia and Margaux with ex-partner Madeleine West.
Meanwhile, Erica has children Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle with ex-husband James.

Celebrity chef Shannon recently opened up about his new romance with glamorous former singer Erica.
He told Herald Sun in March: ‘Erica is amazing. She’s really good, she goes back and forth a lot. It’s a fun and wonderful adventure, it’s amazing we haven’t met before.”
‘We love life. I’m a very happy man.’

Shannon and Erica were first spotted together over the Christmas holidays.
Erica married James, 56, in 2007 and they later split in 2013, but are on good terms as they are parents to their three children together.
Erica reportedly received a $100 million divorce settlement and bought a family home in Los Angeles shortly after the breakup.

James also bought a mansion in Los Angeles worth $80 million so he could be closer to Erica and their children when he was in town.
When Erica visits Sydney, she often lives with her former husband and their children in James’ $72 million Crown penthouse.
In contrast, Shannon’s relationship with ex-partner Madeleine, 44, is not as amicable following their split in September 2018 after 13 years of dating.
Madeleine later stated that the divorce process ‘became love toxic’, and Shannon, who shot to fame on MasterChef Australia, revealed that Madeleine sees their children fortnightly while they spend the rest of the time with him.
