Kenyan actress Jacque Matubia recently revealed why she asked her ex-partner to leave her house, captivating her fans with the intimate details of her decision.
During Pulse Live Kenya’s segment ‘I Knew I Didn’t Like Him When…’, Jacque shared the pivotal moment that led to her decision to end the relationship.
“I knew I didn’t like him when I told him to wake up and leave my house because I mean, I am Miss Independent,” Jacque explained.
Jacque also described a specific moment that highlighted the emotional distance in her relationship.
“I knew he didn’t like me when he called me ‘mama nani’… Yaani nimekuzalia mtoto alafu unaniita ‘mama nani.’ Yaani hadi jina ya mtoto wako umesahau jina ya mtoto wako. That’s how much you hate me?” she revealed.
Although she did not mention names, fans speculated that she was referring to her second baby daddy, Blessing Lung’aho.
Hints of the Separation
Before their breakup became public, fans noticed hints of trouble. The speculation began when Blessing’s photos were removed from the walls of her house. In May 2023, Jacque shared a video of her living room, and fans observed that family photos had disappeared.
Previously, the walls displayed photos of the entire family, but only pictures of Jacque and her eldest daughter remained. This change intensified rumors about their relationship status.
