It comes after Jackie and her co-host Kyle Sandilands confirmed their historic new radio deal will see them expand into Melbourne.

The Sydney-based radio duo recently signed a record-breaking ten-year deal worth $200 million, which will keep them on air until 2034.

A spokesperson for ARN confirmed to Ny Breaking Australia that the deal means Kyle and Jackie's KIIS FM work friends Jase Hawkins and Lauren Phillips will be out of a job.

Lauren broke down in tears as she announced the news to her listeners last week, sobbing that she “didn't want to say goodbye to Melbourne”.

Jase and Lauren's show was successful for KIIS FM, attracting new listeners to the station and ranking third in the Melbourne market behind Fox FM's Fifi Fev & Nick and GOLD104.3's Christian O'Connell.

In a statement celebrating the historic contract extension, Sandilands said: “Fans of the show will be pleased to hear that this ten-year deal is the longest radio deal in Australian history.

“Love us or loathe us, Jackie and I will continue with our politically incorrect nonsense for a long time.”

He added: “We would like to thank the listeners. Staff. All clients. Even senior management, I'll give a nod to that. They've actually done something brilliant.'

This means the duo will dominate markets beyond their Sydney-based audience and expand their reach Melbourne For the first time.

It has been reported that a unique clause in the contract gives Kyle the ability to broadcast the show 'anywhere in the world'.

The shock jock has often worked on the KIIS FM show from Los Angeles and other places, so the new contract will give him the flexibility to continue broadcasting wherever he wants.

The groundbreaking $200 million deal means Kyle and Jackie will each earn $10 million per year, which is double their current salaries of around $5 million per year.

According to the Financial OverviewKyle and Jackie's contracts include “a base salary, a percentage share of sales above what is currently earned – known as 'incremental growth,' and sign-on bonuses consisting primarily of stock in ARN.”

ARN chief executive Ciaran Davis said expanding Kyle and Jackie's show to Melbourne will “attract new audiences and increase commercial opportunities”.

“Melbourne is the largest radio advertising market in Australia and represents an opportunity for ARN Media to grow viewership and revenue on KIIS 101.1,” he said.

“Kyle and Jackie O have grown into a powerful brand that contributes significantly to ARN's commercial success, and this new agreement strategically positions us for long-term growth beyond radio.”

Jackie celebrated the exciting news by sharing a glamorous selfie of herself with Kyle on social media, alongside a gushing caption about their next decade together.

“I can't believe I get to work with this man for the next ten years,” she wrote.

'How lucky am I? Thanks to our loyal listeners and [ARN] – so happy to announce that we've just signed up for another 10 years of breakfast radio. What a dream!!!!'
